How to reserve your date

Follow the steps in the scheduling form below on mobile or to the right on desktop.

1. Choose how your flowers will arrive

Select the appointment type that works best for you:

• Drop-off in Eden Prairie, Minnesota

• Ship your flowers to our studio

2. Schedule your flower arrival

The date you select in the calendar should be the date your flowers will arrive at our studio, not your event date.

• For fresh flowers: Schedule your drop-off or shipment to arrive within 1–3 days after your event. We can accept flowers up to 5 days afterward, provided they are not completely wilted and have not developed mold.

• For flowers more than five days old: Allow your flowers to air-dry completely, then schedule their arrival for approximately two months later. Air-dried flowers can be preserved in resin only.

• For flowers that are already completely dried: Schedule their delivery or drop-off for any available date that is convenient for you. Already-dried flowers can be preserved in resin only.

3. .Read your confirmation email

After reserving, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing:

• Flower care instructions

• Drop-off or shipping directions

• Important next steps

• Your unique code for applying the $100 retainer toward your preservation pieces

Please read and save this email—it contains everything you’ll need before your flowers arrive.

4. Choose your preservation pieces

After reserving your date, visit our Shop to select the pieces you would like us to create with your flowers.

Your product order must be placed at least one month before your event so we can review your selections and prepare for your flowers’ arrival.
