1. First, select your appointment type.

2. Scroll down to select your flower arrival date.

For fresh flowers: schedule your appointment ideally 1-3 days after your event. We can accept fresh flowers up until 5 days post event, as long as they aren’t molded. If your flowers are past the 5 day mark, you may self air dry your flowers for a couple months before delivery.

For flowers that are already completely air dried from a past event, you may schedule your flower delivery appointment anytime at your convenience.

3. Once booked, ensure you received a appointment confirmation email and read it thoroughly for important next steps.

This email will include your discount code to manually apply your $100 retainer towards your final product balance at checkout as well as detailed flower care and delivery instructions.

4. Once your date is reserved, and you have received your confirmation email with your deposit code - head over to our “Shop”page to add products for your custom preservation order.

***Orders must be placed before your scheduled appointment date, so we may prepare for your preservation accordingly.
